Objectively the house I very nice and the location is great. I can support the value and our family had a good time. Some of the highlights include: 1.) great kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms and amenities I was frustrated with two things: 1.) we asked multiple times for early check in. On the day of check in, we really would’ve loved to pay an additional $150 to get in early. This was apparently available from 11-3, but we were just notified of it at 2 pm. I refused the feee but had we known it was available for 11, would’ve been helpful. 2.) the pool was nice but the whole logistics of heat and using it was a mess. As stated earlier, nowhere in the add that lists “hot tub” does it say it’s actually not a hot tub unless you pay an extra $200/night. Be transparent upfront or don’t charge for it. Also, once we arrived, the first day the hot tub was actually hot. Then it became cold. I had to ask each day for the slide to be turned on. Pool communication has opportunity to improve

We absolutely loved this property, especially the backyard and pool. We paid additional to have the pool heated which made the pool a perfect temperature as the backyard is shaded for most of the day so it doesn’t always get the sun. The home was clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool table and shuffleboard table were a great bonus. Carpets are probably due for a good cleaning, but otherwise beds, linens and towels were all very clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Simply beautiful. Everything was just as shown in the pictures and it was such a wonderful space. The living room was such a fun spot for everyone to hang out in and the heated pool at night was the icing on the cake. Wish we could stay longer but we came for a educational seminar but if we were to come back, this house is definitely going to be on the top of the list.

Our code didn’t work at check in. We called and texted for over an hour and even called AirBNB with no response. Meanwhile, our group of 8 stood in the front yard tired and hungry. The delay was very frustrating and caused us to miss our dinner reservation, which you need for a group of 8. The woman who finally answered opened the door remotely, had us try the code again (at least 4 of us had already tried it multiple times) then finally re-set the code. When at the end of our trip we asked for some compensation for our stress and missed dinner they suddenly claimed that the problem was on our end, then gave us a small $18.75 refund per person. Otherwise the house itself was fine. Be aware that there is no door to the bathroom in the master bedroom and the pocket door on the toilet doesn’t work well so it not very private. Also be aware that even dropping your luggage off in the garage before 4PM will cost extra as does heating the hot tub and pool.

We had a great time staying here. The house was very nice and the host responded to questions in a timely manner. We will be back!
