Sublime 4-bedroom apartment renovated (end of work July 31, 2023) located in the famous Marais district, 12 minutes from the ACCOR ARENA, at the foot of Place de la Bastille, Place des Vosges, its shops, cafes, restaurants, and cultural venues. You are close to many must-see tourist sites, in a typically Parisian building. My accommodation, spacious, bright, warm and fully equipped, is ideal for a successful stay in Paris. The 147m2 flat is on the 4th floor without a lift and includes: - A large living room with a sofa and table for meals (8 people) - Smart Television, Wifi - Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine) - 4 bedrooms with double bed ( 160x200) - 1 bathroom with shower - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet - 1 separate toilet The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

Eine große Wohnung in zentraler Lage, perfekt um Paris zu erkunden. Nur 1 Minute von der Metro. Am Sonntag gibt es einen tollen Markt direkt vor der Tür. Und die Wohnung ist wirklich schön hell und geräumig. Etwas schade, dass das schon von vorherigen Gästen beschriebene Problem mit dem warmen Wasser immer noch besteht. Wir mussten fast jedes Mal die Heizung neu starten, bevor wir warm duschen konnten. Vielleicht würde eine Heizungswartung helfen? Außerdem hätten wir uns über eine Garderobe im Flur gefreut. Trotz dieser kleineren Dinge war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.
It was a great experience, the photos are accurate. Be ready to climb 4 floors everyday for the apt tho. The apartment is really spacious and beautiful. Though we had some issues with the hot water, the host was really responsive and helped us right away.
Location is mega, close to plenty coffeeshops. Walk distance to great restaurants. Very fresh.
excellent space. Great neighbourhood and close to the metro so you can see all the sites in Paris. Apartment was brilliant for our family. One thing (i think it is stated in the ad) but the stairs can be tough for those who are a bit older. nice workout each day! try not to have too many bags. Excellent communication by the hosts and would recommend!
Mooi ruim appartement, metro erg dichtbij, in de omgeving veel leuke winkels en restaurants. Op loopafstand van de Seine. Op zondag een grote markt vlak voor de deur. De trap vonden wij meevallen, . Host reageert erg snel. Ik had het idee dat ik met 2 mensen in gesprek was, sommige vragen kwamen dubbel. In vorige recensies werd gesproken over de deurknoppen, wellicht de hoogste tijd om daar eens iets aan te doen. Sommige hangen los of deuren sluiten niet helemaal. Verder misten wij een kapstok voor de jassen en ophanghaakjes of iets dergelijks voor de badhanddoeken. Maar echt een prima uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs!

Going up the rue Vieille du Temple, you can discover the covered market of the Enfants Rouges which is located on the rue de Bretagne, a real meeting place of the Parisians, for lunch, or just for a walk as the place is so authentic.
You will be able to taste the best falafels of Paris, located rue des Rosiers, like the famous "As du Falafel".
Fashion lovers will be delighted. The Marais is full of fashion and accessory shops, it is undoubtedly one of the best areas for your shopping sprees!
For the cultural part, the flat is located a few steps away from the Place de la Bastille and the Bastille Opera, as well as many museums (Picasso museum, Carnavalé museum...)
