In a quiet neighbourhood, with Marmaray and metro access. It is located close to Kadıköy and you can easily reach the European side with Marmaray. You can also easily reach to the Kadıköy and Sabiha Gökçen Airport with metro. I’m living in the house and the room is for maximum 2 people. You can use everything in the house (except foods). I’m working from home so I’ll be at home most of the time.

Ertan was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment and room were just as shown in the photos - totally fine! The room, kitchen, hallway were very clean and he gave us plenty of freshly-washed and super soft towels :) The bathroom could use a deep-clean to be honest. Ertan was very flexible with our checkin time (around midnight) and responded extremely quick to our messages. The location was perfect for us and the surroundings were quiet. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would like to come again!
