A beautiful, open , airy, and uncluttered 1000 sq home, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, sleep 6. Cool crisp modern decor, gourmet kitchen granite , upgraded appliances, 5 burner gas stove, W/D , DW, ninja ground coffee maker, micro, toaster and ninja blender shake maker. Latest tech with high speed internet in and outside through Cisco Meraki systems , 75 '' TV smart with subscriptions to premium offerings and Alexa. Relax on our large covered deck with hammock chairs and watch the deer walk by. Each of our 15 homes has a theme and is designed for different travelers. The Tranquility House was designed to accommodate families, friends business executives, and couples looking to recharge and reconnect. The home is clutter free, the linens are 1800 thread count, mattresses top of the line with adjustable beds1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin , ( except twin murphy pullout bed under the tv in the LV) and the pillows are ample. Several games are provided. You will enjoy a large rear deck covered deck with with an ample rear yard for BBQ ( duel grill) and fire pit. The home is perfect for your 4 legged family members . It backs up to the wooded. Dogs must be on leash and picked up after when out side. This area is the exception where you can play with you pet. They are welcome here up to 40 lbs. each 2 max and they are free of charge dog bowls provided. Our neighborhood is all about quiet and safe enjoyment of nature. We are not suitable for parties gatherings and entertaining at the homes. If you wish to host a gathering we do rent our clubhouse for those. We have Heather and Hetal they are available by appointment and for extra charge will come into you home or at our outside pavlion by the dam for massages and facials . We are in processs of constructing a gym and spa .

Apparently someone had stayed for 3 weeks prior to my stay and I was told after 3 pm was check-in. I arrived at 3 something and the cleaning lady was still there. The house was absolutely trashed and we were told that it would be guaranteed ready by 4. We left and drove 20 minutes to get food and wait, then came back after 4 pm and it still wasn’t ready. We got inside at almost 5 pm. There was only 1 cleaning lady and she had to do it all herself. The 2nd bedroom had hair and dead nats under the top sheet, there was chocolate ice cream smeared on the wall, trash left under the bed, and hair all over the floor. The master had fresh linen after contacting the host and the cleaning lady left us clean towels, but the bathroom was disgusting. The shower had some type of slimy residue on the floor and there was clumps of hair on the little shelves in the shower. The floors were disgusting with dirt and dead bugs. Almost nothing to cook with and a few utensils. Access for DoorDash was none.

Great location 5 minutes from the parkway but you feel like you’re off the grid. The host was responsive and quickly addressed any questions or issues we encountered. We will definitely stay here again for sure.

The host was very responsive and helpful, and the location of the house was great. We loved the back porch and the size of the house was perfect. Tons of appliances are were available in the house which was really nice. Almost all of the house was cleaned well but the floors were a bit dirty when we arrived. Overall we had a good experience.

You will find amenities while enjoying a peaceful and quiet lake community. If you are looking for things to do while you stay with us we encourage our guests to use our walking trails, use the kayaks. peddle boat and bikes, visit the lake, or go fishing.catch and release. TOY shed has bikes chairs, coolers, and some games and life preservers for your use free of charge. Most of the year we have kayaks, row and peddle boats also included with your stay. We do have a club house but it is mostly used for parties and weddings. It can be available ffor you to play pool or cards during weekday daytime hours. you While Swan Lake is not your typical resort, it is a rather a lake community intended to provide a quiet retreat from the busy world. We strive and take pride and in our commitment to quality, value, and ensuring we meet guest expectations.
Whether it's a romantic getaway, a business trip, or just a little break from life, take refuge with nature, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We recommend a vehicle for local travel, however Uber and LIFT is another option when needed. Once here walking or a bike is the best inside our community. Only 2 vehicles permitted to be at a rental home. We also offer a Tesla 85PS through TURO rental car which can be available at the home for you we have an onsite chargign station and the rental includes free charging at all chargers.

Swan Lake is a family run new construction housing community for people looking to downsize and live in harmony with nature. We pride ourselves on having a safe quiet and relaxing place to unwind and enjoy the scenery nature provides us. When you come you will hear frogs and birds and Ziggy our Whooper swan and mascot. You will see trees and greenery surrounding a prestige lake full of life , birds turtles and fish jumping out of the water. We are also minutes from everything just 2 miles to exit parkway at 44 (left on ) Pomona Rd just 1 Mi to a Right on Moss Mill to our entrance for Swan Lake. Now It is time to relax as you take Swan Lake Blvd , right onto Serenity Way, finally a left on Paradise Cove . to your BnB home T8 . You can park right at your front door. Entry code will be provided. Wake up to a breathe taking lake view . Ccc
