This end of terrace stone cottage is in Harlech, Snowdonia. From the 1st and 2nd floors there are great views of mountains and Harlech Castle! The castle is only a 7 minute walk away from this cottage (0.4 mile). Harlech is an historic town with strong welsh mythology connection and at Lower Harlech is a 4 miles long sandy beach, it's a 6 minute drive to the Beach Car Park from this cottage. Great cottage for 8 guests wanting to explore Snowdonia Mountains & relax at the Beach! This cottage has 4 bedroom and has 3 floors: This room has 3 two-seater sofas, TV (The TV is connected to the wi-fi, so guests can use the TV to watch their personal Netflix account). This room has a wood burning fire place (logs etc. are not included, these items can be purchased locally). KITCHEN (Ground Floor): This big room has a kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster and in the middle of this room is a kitchen island with 4 bar stools and a under the counter fridge with a small freezer draw. On the other side of the room is a another small fridge, small wood burring fireplace, rocking chair and a big dining table with 5 dining chairs and bench. There is a door that leads to the small patio area and back garden. SHOWER ROOM (Ground Floor): This room has a big Shower, toilet and hand wash basin, there is 1 big step from the Kitchen to the Shower Room and 1 step to the shower itself. ......................... Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): King-size bedroom with views towards Harlech and Harlech Castle in the distance. Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): Two single beds and from this bedroom there is views towards the Back Garden, no views towards Harlech Castle. Bedroom 4 (1st Floor): Bunk beds which are adult size, please be aware there is limited headroom for the bottom bunk. From this bedroom there is views towards Harlech and Harlech Castle in the distance. BATHROOM (1st Floor): Bath with a shower over the bath, toilet and had wash basin. ..................... Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): King-size bedroom in the attic space with views from a skylight window towards Harlech and Harlech Castle in the distance (There is limited headroom in this bedroom due to being in the attic). ............... PATIO AREA & BACK GARDEN: At the back of the house next to the Kitchen is a small patio area with a small table and 2 outside chairs. There are 4 steps from the patio area to the communal shared path and then another 5 steps from this path to the Back Garden. This whole area is enclosed with a small side gate to the road and another side gate on the other side of the communal shared path to allow the neighbours to access their own back gardens. STREET PARKING: Free street parking on one side of the road next the house. For more parking there is 'Bron Y Graig Uchaf Long Stay Car Park' which is a 3 minutes walk away from this house. Guests can pay online or with coins at the car park and this site allows 24 hour parking, there is also electric charging points at this car park (PayByPhone Car Park Location Number 803895). ..................... PET RULES: 1 dog are allowed on the Ground Floor (Lounge, Kitchen and Shower Room), however, dogs are not allowed on the 1st and 2nd Floors. BED LINEN: Yes. TOWELS: Yes. HIGH CHAIR: Yes, however, Guests need to make a request for the High Chair. Stairs & Steps: There are 8 steps up to the Front Door and there is 1 big step from Kitchen to the Shower Room. There are14 steps on the staircase from Ground Floor to the 1st Floor with one hand rail. There are 11 steps on the staircase from the 1st Floor to the 2nd Floor with 6 steps which have limited floor space as the steps turning 2 corners to reach the 2nd floor, there is limited hand rail on this staircase. 2 steps from the Kitchen to the Patio Area, 4 steps from the patio area to the communal shared path and then 5 steps up to the Back Garden.
