Overall, a nice place to stay. It was easy to get to and find. Clean with a normally stocked kitchen. There was a s'mores care package and firepit but it rained our whole stay where we couldn't utilize it but nice to be included. The only thing I would say is negative is the cost of the cleaning fee and what you are asked to do before leaving. It's normal stuff to be considerate of where you are staying but it's also a pretty high fee.

Charged an unfair cleaning fee, stain and dirty bathroom, urine smell. All the drawers in bedroom were dusty and filled with webs. We had to strip all linen covers and towels take out trash and clean up all dishes. Which we spent only 5 hours a night to sleep. Everything they used is generic like the soap shampoos even the marshmallows. No blanket house was cold.

We came for the TCR festival and this home was clean, had towels, comfy beds, and a cute equipped kitchen. Bonus for the fridge with water and ice! Please note that this is one side of a duplex. We really enjoyed that the s’more pack we got; great touch! Neighbor is mostly quiet and peaceful and it’s easy to go places from here.

STAY AWAY!!!! The place has potential but the owner failed to do the simple things like having it cleaned or getting the blinds. The blinds were very dirty! The backyard was full of stray cats due to holes in the gate the grass was high and it seemed like nobody took care of the landscaping. There were stains on the floor that nobody cleaned up before our check in. The soap scum in the shower was unforgivable. This place lacked the basics of cooking supplies, pot holders and cleanliness. Also the concierge they had to assist us was very rude and unprofessional!!! we stayed because it was a 2 day stay. I did have to go out and purchase cleaning supplies and I washed the linen before we slept in the beds
