The Ahnapee Trail is steps away for walking, biking and running. Close to wineries, breweries, beaches, and all sorts of fun places, this is a prime spot for gatherings of many kinds, but only for fun people. Looking for a spot to sit outside where the frogs sing as you admire the night sky? Or maybe you like day drinking on patios or beaches.... well, you can do exactly that here and way more! Things we provide for you... 2 kayaks charcoal grill 2 stall garage a view of horses "Country Air" a delightful host wildlife (deer, bunnies, cats...etc) all on 2.5 acres.

Tracie’s place is the perfect spot for a weekend in Door County! Location just outside Sturgeon Bay is a great jumping off point for all things Door County. The home is beautiful, comfortable, spacious and has all the thoughtful touches you are looking for! Highly recommend Tracie’s place!
Very clean beautiful and peaceful house. There were just the two of us so plenty of space (more than we needed). Overall I loved how clean the house was and it was a relaxing place for us to return to after exploring door county. Tracie was very responsive and left us a very sweet note and a toy for our pups.
The photos don't do the place justice, and I mean that in the best way possible. When my friends and I arrived, we noted how much nicer and somewhat modern the entire house looks in person compared to the general sense we got from the listing's pictures. Not that the listing looks bad in the photos - it's just like if you go in with the expectations of an 8 and get greeted by a 9 :) The space was spotless and extremely comfortable. The provided instructions were very clear and helpful. The living room couch was incredibly comfortable to lounge on and could more than easily fit the 5 people we brought. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cookware, and every cooking utensil you could think of, which made home cooking a breeze. Highly recommend stepping out onto the back patio and looking up at the stars at night, as the private/secluded location of the listing allowed for star gazing that was as good as you could hope, short of going up to Newport State Park.
Very nice place, everything was perfectly thought out and we could not have asked for more. Tracie has done an outstanding job on making us feel like home.
Tracie was a great host for me and my friends and we had a great time in door county thanks to her. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures and even more spacious than we expected. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. The only negative thing I have to say is that the hot water ran out pretty fast.

The Ahnapee trail is steps away. A one mile walk will bring you to the town of Maplewood, where you can find a lonely watering hole that has pretty good food and beverages.
You can find public beaches just 10 minutes away.
There is no public transportation out here, but cab services are available. It's best to have your own vehicle.
