Our waterfront cottage is a perfect retreat for families seeking a peaceful and relaxing vacation in the beautiful Parry Sound region. OUTDOORS The outdoors is the best place to be at this cottage. The living room opens to the top deck and overlooks the lake, and has patio furniture perfect for your morning coffee and a BBQ for when you're ready to grill up something in the evening. The bottom patio area has a pair of covered porch swings offering shade and a nearby hammock where you could curl up and read a great book. If you make your way down towards the water, you'll find a fire pit that is great to hang out around later in the evening, and an additional deck space with patio seating that makes for an ideal spot to enjoy lunch. There is a second fire pit at the front of the cottage. The highlight of this cottage is at the shore, where you can find a big dock with chairs for lounging and incredible swimming - go ahead and jump in! LIVING SPACE When you’re not enjoying everything the outdoors has to offer, you can kick back in the living room, furnished with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and an array of board games for your enjoyment. There’s a bonus card table in the basement for all the card game lovers! KITCHEN & DINING Our kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and cookware in addition to a high chair and children's dishes. The dining table seats 6, so gather the family around and create sweet memories during meal times this summer. SLEEPING There are 3 bedrooms in the cottage. All the beds have comfortable clean linens and pillows so you can get a good night's sleep before a day in the sun. Bedroom 1 - 1x queen bed (upstairs) Bedroom 2 - 1x queen bed (upstairs) Bedroom 3 - 1x Double bunk bed and 1 x Single bunk bed (4 beds in total in the basement bedroom) 1x Pack and Play available for baby/toddler The basement is fully finished and furnished, perfect to share with a larger group or second family. The basement has two (2) space heaters (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) for additional heating during the winter months. BATHROOMS 1 spotless bathroom.
