My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at 10 Fair St! Perfect location—so close to Thames St., restaurants, museums, coffee shops for breakfast (Nitro Bar, Kaffeology)—you name it. We walked almost everywhere, and when we did use the car it was great to have dedicated parking to come back to. The rental was sparkling clean, and very cute and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Just a couple of minor nits—the water pressure from main showerhead is weak, but the wand makes up for that; there are no closets, per se—just small hanging racks, so if you're bringing a lot of clothes that require hanging, be aware; it's a little odd to have the kitchen and living room on separate floors but we did get some exercise and burn off calories whenever we went to grab a snack or drink. 😁 We would definitely stay again!

This property was extremely clean And up to date ! The owner was very friendly and responsive! Highly recommend this property for a vacation! Location was perfect too!
