Even before we booked, the hosts were very responsive to our questions. They generously allowed us to store our luggage at their place since we arrived earlier than the check-in time and the previous guests had not yet left. Living in the house next door, they were conveniently available if we needed any help. They assisted us by unlocking the house with a spare key when part of our group had taken the original key and needed to return to the rental. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
