The place was okay but not what I expected from the listing photos. The accommodation is not near the beach even though the photos show as if the accommodation is next to the beach with beach views. There is also no white wine given as shown in the photos, which was misleading. There’s also a hidden charge of €2 per person for tax, this was not communicated in the listing, but the host later requested us to pay which we refused as it’s not what’s been agreed when I make the reservation. With that said, the accommodation is comfy with most amenities provided and is clean. Host is also responsive and check in instructions are clear. Parking is also not a problem.

Excellent séjour chez Sabrina, l’appartement correspond à la description et est bien équipé. Beaucoup de commerce accessible facilement à pied (boulangerie, épicerie, restaurants, primeurs, banque, station service, …) tout comme les plages qui sont à 15/20min de marche ou >5min en voiture. Je recommande vivement. De plus la localisation permet d’être proche de Palerme et des principales activités dans la région en s’épargnant la circulation et le stationnement dans Palerme. La communication était très facile, n’hésitez pas !

The Apartment was super clean, modern and comfortable. The furnishing offers everything you need for your stay. The train station is very close, so it‘s super easy to get to Palermo or other destinations. And Sabrina is the perfect host. She always responded immediately, was super helpful with everything and offered great tips on what to do and where to visit. Definetly a recommendation.

We had an exceptional stay at Sabrina's Airbnb, which offered a seamless experience from start to finish. Right from the begining, Sabrina provided us with detailed and helpful instructions for both our arrival and the self-check-in process. Upon entry, we were delighted to find a spotlessly clean apartment, thoughtfully stocked with snacks in the fridge and a bottle of Sicilian wine: a nice welcome treat following our journey. The apartment had not only a strategic location but also came equipped with comprehensive guides filled with invaluable tips for navigating to Palermo, insights on train schedules, and more. The availability of free parking right outside the premises was a significant convenience. Our heartfelt thanks go to Sabrina for elevating our visit to the Palermo area to an extraordinary level. Your attention to detail and hospitality didn't go unnoticed :)

My cousin and I came to Santa Flavia to find out more about our family history from here. We will absolutely be booking Sabrinas place again. Everything was as we expected and Sabrina was a phenomenal host. Check in was easy, super clean, kitchen has everything you need, beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for what we needed. Sabrina was very quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was one to remember. Grazie mille!
