Inside, the home is decorated in a coastal theme. Downstairs, you will find a living area with leather furniture, Smart TV, and a desk area. An ottoman that pulls out into a twin size bed (memory foam mattress) is located downstairs. There is also a blue ray player and dozens of movies for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen is stocked with all essentials, including a large crab pot for cooking crabs you catch right off of the dock and a Keurig coffee maker. Six pods are provided for your convenience. The dining table seats 4. Please note, there is a stove top, but not an oven. The bathroom includes a huge walk in shower, toilet, and sink. The home is heated and cooled by a split-unit a/c and heater unit. Upstairs you will find a loft area that has a queen bed, twin bed, reading nook, and a pack-n-play for your little one. A separate split unit for a/c and heating is located upstairs. Outside you will find a firepit near the water and a large shared dock for fishing, crabbing, yoga, relaxing, and wine time!
