Although attached to the main home, you will enjoy complete privacy, private guest access and parking directly in front of the house. The unit had a generous and comfortable living area including a full kitchen, dining area, lounge, bedroom with ensuite bathroom, laundry and reverse cycle air-conditioning to keep you cool in the summer months, and toasty during winter. The kitchen comes equipped with a generous bench top, oven, electric stove, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, and plenty of cupboard space for all the yummy stuff. With these awesome amenities available you'll be all set to cook up a storm! Enjoy your beautifully prepared meals in the dining area, which is snuggled nicely between the kitchen and lounge area. After meals you can kick back and relax in the lounge area. Sip on a coffee while you read your new favourite book. Or snuggle up on couch with your favourite drink while you enjoy a movie or some TV. The unit has a smart TV, which will allow you to access your own Netflix account. Busselton Beachside Retreat also boast a spacious bedroom, complete with a roomy queen size bed and beautiful ensuite bathroom. There’s also a large wardrobe for you to hang your clothes and store your bags. The laundry comes with a great washer/dryer and sink. There’s also a small patio area at the entrance of the unit… a perfect place to chill out, soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean vibes.
