Welcome to our vibrant neighborhood in the heart of the city! Our central location is just a 20-minute walk from the charming Old Town, where you can explore historic sites, restaurants, and shops.
Our area is calm and peaceful. There are two grocery stores just a few minutes walk away. Cafes are also nearby. And if you are willing to walk 10 minutes out of the center, you can even find free parking zones pretty nearby.
Our neighborhood is easy to navigate, with excellent public transportation options and bike lanes for those who prefer to cycle. You can also take a leisurely stroll through our streets and enjoy the walk down Bruninieku street.
Whether you're here for a weekend or a longer stay, our central location offers the perfect base for your city adventures.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
If you wish to visit Riga city center or do some sightseeing in Old Riga, Bruninieku Street 121 apartment building is not far from the bus stop called "Bruņinieku iela" (a 6-minute walk) - trolleybus No. 22 "Centrala Stacija" drives through the city center and can take you near the freedom monument, the old town, the central station, and central market. We suggest checking your route on Gooogle Maps beforehand.
A bus ticket costs €1.50 and is valid for 90 minutes for all public transportation under "Rigas Satiksme". You can buy a bus ticket at the nearby convenience store "Elvi" located at Avotu Street 48 (a 4-minute walk).
TAXI:
You can also use the mobile taxi app called “Bolt” which is usually a cheaper option than regular taxis. Download the app from the application store on your phone, connect it to your bank account, enter your destination address, and enjoy the ride! There is also an option to pay in cash - remember to mark it as your form of payment in the app if you plan to pay in cash.
PARKING:
We offer free guest parking in a parking lot located a 1-minute walking distance from the apartment building. Please get in touch with us at least one day prior to your arrival date in order to arrange it!
Street parking:
Bruninieku Street 121 is located in parking zone C and it is free during the period 20:00 - 08:00 (8 PM - 8 AM) on workdays and 09:00 - 19:00 (9 AM - 7 PM) on Saturdays.

First hour - € 1.50
Every next hour - € 2.00
Minimum payment - € 0.40
You can pay for parking by paying at the parking meter located just across the apartment building - only card payments are accepted.
