The entire apartment features elegant oak parquet flooring. LIVING ROOM Bright and spacious, equipped with quality Scandinavian design furniture, a wide sitting area, and a flat-screen TV (international channels & free Netflix). From the living room, you can enter the large private terrace, with skyline views over the city of Riga. 2 PRIVATE TERRACES In the morning and noon you can enjoy sun on the smaller (street facing) terrace, while in afternoon and evening until sunset you can enjoy the sun on the larger terrace. The small terrace is equipped with a wooden decking, a small coffee-table and 2 chairs. The large terrace is equipped with a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests, a lounge sofa set for 5 persons and large designer hammock for 2 persons (during spring/summer/autumn). The terrace also have lighting installed as well as electric sockets. LAUNDRY FACILITIES For your convenience we have equipped the apartment with a combined washing machine/dryer, for our guests to use during the stay. We provide washing detergents etc. WiFi CONNECTION Our apartment has a fast and reliable WiFi connection providing a complete internet coverage over the entire apartment. AIR CONDITIONING Our apartment is equipped with a modern air conditioning system in each room. AUDIO SYSTEM The living room and bathroom is equipped with loudspeakers in the ceiling.
