The place was nice and clean, and a short 15-20 min walk into the city centre. Luize answered quickly to our inquiries, both before and during our stay. We woke up one night because it sounded like someone was in the apartment, but it turned out to be someone walking in the attic. That's not a negative thing, just something to keep in mind as the incident gave us a proper scare. The only area of criticism was that the water pressure in the apartment was low, so for people with long hair it took a long time to wash it in the shower. Overall a nice place that gives you good value for your money.

Overall good stay, clean apartment, everything as described. Some basic kitchen pantry supplies, e.g. sugar, salt, coffee, tea were available either from previous stays or owner. Kitchen towel was missing, some furniture in not so good condition, although looking new. Apartment is on the 5th/6th floor, so if you have heavy luggage it is a small workout. On the other hand very quiet, due to location and height. Parking near by, 15 Euros as of July 2023. Good coffee places near by. We had a good stay.

We liked the flat as it has two bedrooms no is fairly modern. The apartment is located in third. Since no cars come in here, it is a bit of a walk to the front of the street but very relaxed and super quiet. The apartment is on the sixth floor in an old building with high ceilings and we found it wonderful to be woken up by the sun each morning. We parked our car directly in the neighborhood three houses away: per weekday this parking costs only 7.50€ and Saturday/Sunday even only 4€ per day.

Tolle Lage zwischen der Altstadt und den coolen Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in der Neustadt. Durch die Lage im 2. Hinterhof und in der 6. Etage ist die Wohnung ruhig, aber dennoch hell.
