We had an amazing stay . The Villa was perfectly described, clean, and well kept. The pool, private setting, and short distance to everything stood out the most. I would recommend the Villa to anyone and happily return in the future.

Once I figured out how to use the Google map with a pin, getting to Joyce’s place was easy. The novelty of outdoor showers and kitchen was enjoyable experience. As we had spent the previous week exploring the island, hanging out at the pool with the beautiful view was a delightful respite. Everything was clean and well managed. We were able to take advantage of a slightly earlier arrival thanks to their flexibility. All in all our stay was a delight. Chris, the property manager, was very responsive. It’s an easy drive to town from this location. All in all, I highly recommend.

If you want private, unbelievable views, accommodations for 4 people, this is your place! Two master suites, each private balcony, outdoor kitchenette (no stove/dishwasher), grill, private pool overlooking ocean with view of St. Thomas. Provided are 2 outdoor showers, coffee maker, coolers for the beach, beach chairs/towels. Driving in SJ is a little challenging with narrow, steep and windy roads. Joy’s place was a slice of heaven and we would love to return someday

My husband and I had a great stay at Joy’s place on St. John. The location is quiet and outside of town yet close enough to get to Cruz Bay within a few minutes. The view is STUNNING. We never wanted to eat dinner out because we always wanted to be at the Airbnb for sunsets. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The outdoor area and pool were nice, we enjoyed having the space to enjoy the view. I was nervous about the outdoor kitchen and about only having a grill because I have celiac disease and often need to be able to cook my own meals but the grill set up gave us everything we needed and we ended up being able to make some great meals there. We hope to get back to Joy’s place again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the time of booking to the time of checking out everything was great. Joy and Chris were always quick to respond to any questions we had. We had the best view of gorgeous sunsets by the pool, the outdoor showers were so cool, the bedrooms were spacious, really really comfy beds and lots of storage if you need to hang clothes or put them in a dresser. The outdoor kitchen area worked out better than I expected ! Everything was very protected from the one monsoon storm that rolled through one night. We come to St. John at least once a year and will definitely try to stay here again!!!
