Sunrises, dolphins, sandy beaches, and spacious comfort! Our stay in Daytona Beach was fantastic. The house had ample room for our group of 9, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare most meals during our week-long stay. If we return to Daytona with a large group, this place would definitely be our top choice again.

The beach was washed away (obviously due to a hurricane, but we were expecting a beach). The neighbor would not let us use his stairs to access the beach, had to go down the road to access it. The internet was not the greatest, and the phone signal was nonexistent without the internet. Very nice home, but in my opinion not worth the amount of money I paid, especially with no beach access.

None of the game rooms work. Awesome house. Lots of stuff is broken or doesn’t work.

Oceans luxury was incredible to work with! Very responsive and kept in contact the entire time. Easy check in. The property is stunning. The open floor plan was great for my family to be all be together. The patio is huge and has the most stunning view. There is no stairs going to the beach which is a bummer but it does seem like they are building some. The place was very clean. The guest portal they have and being able to share it with other guest in Your party was a great feature. They all got to read the rules and expectations so there was no question. Overall we had a great vacation and this property is great! Thank you Ocean Luxury for the great stay!
