A “Guest Confirmation” in that Name will be provided by the Timeshare Owner that must be presented at check in. The person checking in MUST be at least 21 years of age, provide a valid Photo ID matching the Guest Confirmation, and a major Credit Card. Guest Confirmation changes will result in a $150.00 charge. * ** CANCELLATION POLICY: These are High Demand Event dates. ** Cancellation within first 72 hours of making the reservation will result in a 100% refund. Cancellation before 60 days prior to check in will result in a 50% refund. Cancellation within 60 days of check in will result in a 0% refund.
