We wanted the beach. Not beach view or short walk to the beach and Jai’s place delivers. You have beautiful ocean views and direct, private access to the beach. There is a new deck with the view and an overhang to protect from hot sun or light rain. There are 8 bedrooms.. 3 of the beds are in alcoves off a hallway. They don’t have doors if that is a consideration for you. It is an older home, and parts have been updated. It is still a work in progress.

We had an excellent time staying at Jai's place in Daytona. The place easily accessible on arrival, clean, and ready to go for our stay. Jai was super responsive and was always reaching out throughout our stay to make sure we were good. The amenities were great - large TVs, nice grill, large outdoor space overlooking the beach, easy access to the beach, large parking area out front, and lots of couches and seating areas. Highly recommend this place to stay at - especially for the price. My group and I have stayed at other places in Daytona and this was by far the best. Thanks Jai!

We had a great time staying at this location. The host was a very kind soul and helped us as soon as we needed any help. I stayed here with my family and there was lots to do for kids. I think the view from the patio is world class and patio itself is unbelievable. It’s like 180 degree view of pacific. Also I enjoyed listening to waves, spending times on the private patio and playing in sand with my kids. I think anyone who stays here will have the best time of their lives.

We were a large family traveling to a wedding. The beds and bedrooms were just perfect for our needs and the view was breathtaking.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice deck over looking the ocean. Large televisions. A/c unit worked wonderfully. We had a couple small issues but Jai had someone over right away to fix the issues. Overall we were pleased and would definitely rent from him again.
