Sat on the 8th floor and across from the famed UGA Arch, this 2 BR condo is the perfect place to enjoy the Classic City. You can’t beat the Broad St location and is a great place to call home when visiting for a Dawgs game, parents weekend, UGA graduation, or just a fun weekend in Athens. It is a Studio layout with an additional bedroom, a Queen bed in the main living area as well as a full bed in the adjacent bedroom and finally a lay-flat futon in the living room. One minute walk to the Arch! The space is a beautiful with the views from the eighth floor. One kitchen, bathroom, as well as a living room with a view of downtown. We also provide a full coffee and tea bar for guests.

Really nice and cozy place! Host is extremely helpful. Excellent location. The host is very prompt assisting with any questions. The host accommodated extra furniture in the bedroom to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Cute studio type apartment in the heart of downtown Athens. Very accessible walk to all that downtown offers and next door to all the campus activity. It was clean, and the hosts were very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our time in Athens!

Scot and Tom, who we communicated with, were great hosts, was a perfect checkin and checkout experience. The location was great, right on Broad St, close to everything. The bed was very nice, but the furniture and bathroom were dated and worn.
