Wow!! This is the most beautiful home we’ve ever vacationed at! It’s got all the character of an older home with all of the modern conveniences available. To say the kitchen was well stocked is an enormous understatement! The house is just gorgeous, with high ceilings, crystal chandeliers, wide plank floors, beautiful furnishings, etc, and is so spacious!! There were 10 of us, and even though it rained and snowed most of our trip, we were NEVER crowded! The hosts were very fast to respond, and ensured every need was met. They even put in a fire pit for our stay! We couldn’t be happier!! Thank you!!!!

We booked this house for our large family to extend a stay in the area - and we are SO glad we did. It was extremely comfortable. Feels like a "home" with nice many nice touches. Very nice mix of historical home with updated amenities. Great little "library" to explore. The kitchen is very nicely stocked. We visited Ithaca and Greek Peak during our stay - nice rural drives to each.

This house was perfect for our group of 10. Kitchen and dining area perfect for gathering as well as watching Saturday night football in the living room. This house is approximately 25 minutes from Cornell University and the commute is traffic free.

This is a wonderful rental! We stayed for 6 weeks while our house was being renovated and we felt right at home. Furnishings are high quality and comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms are vey well stocked. The property is peaceful and the expansive English-style garden is very nice. Although it is a little ways to downtown Ithaca, it is a beautiful drive through rolling hills with expansive views, corn fields and small dairy herds. It is also close to the cute villages of Groton and Moravia, and near to shopping options in Cortland. Both Skaneateles and Aurora are only 30 minutes away. This would be a great spot for leaf peepers and others who want to explore the Finger Lakes scenery. We highly recommend.

As frequent travelers throughout US and abroad by all of our family members on this trip, this home and experience was absolutely unmatched. From initial inquiries about the home and throughout booking, arriving, staying and departing, the communication was immediate and top notch. For a home that features large space both indoors and outdoors, with multiple gathering, sleeping, entertaining and relaxing rooms, words cannot describe how clean, prepared, accommodating, roomy and well-thought out every little detail was. From baby to 84 year old senior! The kitchen, dining and whole area is ACTUALLY stocked and prepared for TRUE homecooked meals and entertaining as if you are in your own home -and even more! We entertained multiple times, breakfasts, dinners and even cocktails and appetizers on the patio! Every amenity and cooking/entertaining need with huge safe child friendly space along with extras for storing leftovers and preparing picnics in the huge refrigerator and pantry.
