Ammoudara seaside villa is a stunning three-bedroom property with elegant design and breathtaking views of the sea and easy access.This immaculately presented villa boasts a luxurious bathroom and three well-appointed bedrooms. The villa's interiors have been carefully designed to offer the utmost comfort and style, ensuring a truly unforgettable stay. The highlight of this property is undoubtedly its awe-inspiring sea view, creating a serene and tranquil ambiance for guests to unwind and relax. The architecture and interior decoration of the property is modern-minimal with very relaxing white and pastel colours. The Villa has 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open plan living area (Smart TV plus Wi fi) with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and comfy chairs. The stylish outdoor private Veranda with a relaxing dining table is ideal if you want to enjoy your evening drink with a stunning view. A fantastic sandy beach is a 1min walk from the villa to enjoy a morning dip and sunbathing. A Fun fact is that the sun loungers & parasols are always free of charge on Ammoudara beach provided that you order a drink from the cafe that owns them. The house is situated in a complex of residences, in a very peaceful area of Ammoudara. There is a great choice of restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket next to the property. It’s the perfect destination for a family holiday by the sea, an active break, a romantic getaway, or simply a few days away to relax and recharge! Enjoy water sports, sailing, fishing, or a day at the beach. Stroll on the streets of Agios Nikolaos, indulge in some tasty local products, visit all the charming souvenir shops, and take the boat to enjoy the local area…the choice is endless! We will always recommend hiring a car just because Crete has so many incredible places to explore. However, there is a bus stop 1min away from the property and there is an easy taxi service, (ask us for extra info). Guest access The property has its own entrance and benefits from its own parking at the front of the property.

This was an excellent place to stay, great beach with free sun beds available, also other beaches close by. Location is excellent, literally 2 minute walk across the road and onto the beach. We would place our towels early in the morning “book”, later leave them there to have lunch back at the apartment. We do not have a single complaint. We would come again next year. I must include, the beds are fantastic, better than our own at home. We cooked several dinners at the apartment. There were plenty pots and pans in the kitchen.
The apartment was exactly what we wanted, with stunning sea view, private parking & use of the beach and the hotel facilities next door. There was a small supermarket just 2 minutes walk away along with 2 restaurants and a cafe/bar. I would advise to rent a car to allow you to visit the many sites/ restaurants/ beaches etc that Crete has to offer as well as being able to stock up at the larger supermarkets which are only a short drive away. If you need any advice, recommendations or help then contact Karolos, he is always on hand to answer any queries and with his help, he made our holiday amazing, his knowledge of the best restaurants in the surrounding area was superb, everyone a winner, along with help to find a personal boat trip and arranging a chef to give us a “Greek food experience “. The service Karolos provided made our holiday into an unforgettable experience, a tremendous host.
