Welcome! Our bright and cozy remodeled basement apartment is designed to cater to your needs, with a range of amenities that make your stay comfortable and convenient. Short driving distance to Denver International Airport, Anschutz Medical Center, Cherry Creek Shopping, Music Venues, City Park, coffee shops, & more! The apartment is private and includes, 2 comfy bedrooms, 1 beautiful large bath, kitchenette: refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, toaster and other essentials (no stove/oven). This newly remodeled basement apartment is located in the heart of Aurora with quick access to all Denver has to offer! The apartment is private and separated from owner. The updated modern features including central air (very unique for most Denver/Aurora homes), quartz countertops, comfy beds, fresh linens, washer and dryer and more! The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with two windows, large closet and has direct access to bathroom. The 2nd bedroom does not have windows but is still nice and bright and includes a sizable closet! Second bedroom has a comfortable full sized bed. The living room includes 4 windows which lets in plenty of light. The couch is large and will fit your whole family! It will fold out into a comfortable full sized bed that can sleep an additional guest or small children if in a pinch. However, the space is really most ideal for 4 adults or a small family. There is special attention to detail throughout this apartment, and is meticulously cleaned and sanitized after every stay! You also have access to a shared backyard with seating, umbrella and usage of a grill. We have two wonderful children. We also have two very social dogs, Buddy and Cooper who are goldendoodle’s but they are kept separate from guests except for the occasional run in.
