David was a great host, he texted back every time we had questions and was very flexible. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The zone was very pretty and walkable and the transit stops were just a block away.

Todo fue maravilloso en nuestra estancia. El lugar es muy bonito, limpio y agradable. Tiene todos los servicios y es muy iluminado. La zona es muy céntrica para caminar a todos lados y conectarte en transporte público. David estuvo todo el tiempo al pendiente de contestar nuestras dudas.

Almost felt like an immaculate college dorm without the noise. Very clean shared spaces, very comfy bed. Super walkable area. David was very responsive. Would recommend!

Well-managed, with thoughtful extras. David always responded to messages promptly and professionally. The room we were in was clean and well kept. It was a bit small for two people for an extended stay, so we spent a lot of time out and about in the city. Location is very walkable and reasonably close to transit and parks. The bed was surprisingly tall but comfortable. Note that there are a lot of narrow stairs to get to the unit. We appreciated being able to use the kitchen (a new oven was installed while we were there), refrigerator, cupboards, etc. The Wifi worked well enough that I was able to complete four job interviews via Zoom (resulting in an offer! Disclaimer: your results may vary ;)

Amazing host! everything was clean and easy to find in kitchen and bathroom. They make sure your stay is wonderful. really recommend David's rooms.
