Sandy was a great host for our family. I reserved her unit for our adult son and daughter in law while the rest of us (5 in total) stayed in our RV at the state fair grounds. Plenty of space for all 7 of us to get together during the day and relax between trips to see extended family and Hutchinson sites. Would definitely rent again!

Excellent value, excellent host, beautiful spot to relax on the front porch. Will be staying there again in the future.

My husband and I spent one night while in town for the Kansas State Fair. It was so much better than a hotel. It was perfect for a couple. The house was in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the fair ground.

We had a wonderful stay. I needed to adjust dates before traveling and Sandy had it worked out in minutes. Everything was exactly as presented. Parkside setting, close to town couldn't have been better. Sandy is a great person and very accommodating -making sure our stay was perfect and we had everything we needed.
