This was a gorgeous property. We all said that we should have spent even more time just at the house. Exceeded all expectations. They were very communicative and responsive. Only complaint is that they had checkout set for 9am which is extreme early in our opinion. They did allow us late checkout but couldn't guarantee until the day before checkout which makes planning difficult but it all worked out. The house was stunning and we were able to have the bachelorette weekend of our dreams. Would highly recommend Del Mar!

I wish I could live in this beautiful house, everything from the interior design and convenience of tons of plates, bowls, and alcohol cups made it amazing. The pool table and air hockey tables were amazing. We sung our hearts out with the karaoke machine and enjoyed using the amazing grill outside. The location is close to a beach like 7 minutes away and a famous light house another 14 minutes. it is private yet close to places. I would say it is fun and cozy to stay in for cold seasons but more amazing for the summer.

Super clean, by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. I guess I didn't read the instructions clearly because I didn't realize the basics wouldn't be available in the house (cooking ingredients, shampoo and soap, etc.) so we didn't really enjoy having to take time out of our vacation to go by those at the store. It's time for that, the house is in a very quiet neighborhood, but with plenty of yard space so it feels very private. It is a couple miles to drive to the beach. Even in the winter, it was the perfect space for a large family gathering. The dining area is beautiful for family meals. Plus, they have a fenced in area for kids to play. We would definitely stay here again!

Another great experience renting from Del Mar. There was a last minute cancellation due to flooding at our original booking two weeks prior to our stay and Del Mar was able to find us a new listing within a few hours. Great customer service

Absolutely fantastic house. We had such a perfect cape cod vacation. The house was clean and safe for kids. They loved the outdoor lawn and swings. Kitchen was great for cooking and being social with wine. Only recommendation is the house is very sparse so be sure to bring absolutely everything in terms of shower gel, shampoo etc. would stay at this house year after year if we keep visiting the cape.
