The house was clean and good for stay, but so many issues. We, group of 7 adults and 7 kids went from Brisbane thinking of farmhouse stay with heaps of activities, as we went with soccer ball, cricket kit and badminton nets and rackets but the lawn was not mowed, knee high grass. I couldn't believe how it can be rented out in such condition, doesn't make any sense at all, ended up watching TV most of the time, which we would have done in our home. Even TV remote doesn't had battery as well. There should be access from the property to creek, but chest high grass and plants. On top the gas finished while cooking, couldn't find a shifter to swap the bottle and the Air keeper asking me to go and fill the gas bottle, produce invoice to them. I got no idea how when the gas bottle is 50kg. Went to neighbor and borrowed a shifter to change the gas bottle, took 4 to 5 hours to sort this out. Called support about 15 times to sort out the lawn, gas, access to the play area. Very bad experience

House was so spacious! We had 4 families in this house and there was ample space for all of us. The kids had an absolute ball in the shed with the skate ramp and had their own little pad to hang out in.

We enjoyed our stay in nabiac, the spot is beautiful, the house is nice, although a little worse for wear (had to tighten a few bolts on door handles that just fell off and the railing on the deck is very loose) there were a few other gripes. Out of a 10+ person group there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a multiple day booking, our check-in was pushed back to 4pm (which was fine as they offered us a late checkout) but when we arrived at 4 we had to wait 20 mins for the cleaner to leave, we also had the pool cleaner show up unannounced in the middle of a 40C day so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 hours and there was a huge dump in the shed toilet which wouldn’t flush when we got there. Over all this is a nice stay and I think with better attention paid to small things l such as the listed I would highly rate this place as being worth the money.

Had a great response time and instructions from the owner.The property is in a great location and a great size house for 2 families to stay.We had a lovely weekend away but in saying that The property needs quite a bit of maintenance both inside and out.The fans were very dusty/dirty ,there were ants in the fridge which we cleaned and some cobwebs indoor and outside,we expected some cobwebs due to being a rural property but not as many as there were.The toilet in the games room was disgusting/unusable ,it doesn’t look liked it had been cleaned in a long time. The lawns also hadn’t been maintained and there were plants growing in the gutters. It is a great place to stay with plenty to do but they definitely need to put alot of time into maintenance if they plan on charging people the amount they do.

The house was very spacious and we had a great time holidaying with extended family. There was plenty room for the kids to play outdoors including a large skating room/games room which was quite handy as well.
