What an amazing place. Lovely touches, everywhere. The care and thoughtfulness that Donna put into furnishing and equipping the place is remarkable! The surroundings, right on the river, are gorgeous and relaxing. Lots of different areas to sit and enjoy the view. Donna is super warm and welcoming and even invited me to their family BBQ. I’m definitely coming back again and recommend this place highly to anyone who wants a restful stay.

30 minutes from Potsdam, very quiet setting. Cottage was super clean and bed was comfortable. Small but plenty of space for my husband and me. No cell service but wireless worked well. Appreciated the maple syrup made from sap from trees right on the property!

Beautiful experience! The location was easy to find with ample parking just a few steps from the cabin. Enjoyed a perfect cup of coffee in the morning on the river, as the cabin itself is nicely positioned just steps from the water. Donna and Larry are excellent hosts - promptly responsive and very helpful! The cabin’s living space was awesome - great kitchen, fun decor, clean and comfortable, plenty of room and well furnished. All amenities were included, and the soaps were amazing!! Definitely looking forward to staying here again soon!

I was at this beautiful cabin for a long stay as I completed a contract at my job. It was so therapeutic to come home to this peaceful resort after each shift. Donna was a perfect host! Always attentive! Next time I'm in the area, I hope the cabin is available again! Thank you, Donna!
