Our stay was more than amazing! Edwin was very nice and even welcomed us with a text and made sure if we had any questions we were able to text him! The home was beautiful and very welcoming! We will definitely keep this location in mind for the next time around, it was perfect for our family and we felt like we were right at home. Thank you for making our stay comfortable! We look forward to our next visit.

Though the location was great and the neighborhood was pleasant, the host falsely advertises this as a vacation rental when it’s a home with an attached dwelling unit(garage turned into living area). The host lives there, therefore this invades privacy. It’s listed as “Evolve” business when it is not. There were unexpected rules about behavior and washing clothes between 7am-2pm…we should able to wash clothes when necessary. Felt like he was controlling and sleazy. Inappropriate to ask me if something is wrong when my husband is not around🤨. Lastly, the gutters were not cleaned and roaches were coming from fireplace. The house was decorated nicely, but outside maintenance in the gutters cause water bugs/roaches to go haywire. It was deceptive, especially when our homeowners insurance paid over $4000 for our stay due to remodeling our home. Be honest…if you want honesty you have to give it….it’s not something cool to say. Your actions speak louder.
