Pool table downstairs. 2 car garage, shop and barns. Fenced off area for horses with pipe. Lots of wildlife and ponds. Family has had the home since it was built in the 80’s. Brand new carpet and flooring.

Stayed with 5 friends and the house was great! There was plenty of room for everyone and the location/accommodations were unbeatable. Been traveling to emporia for many years and this was by far the best experience we had. 5/5 would stay here again!

Emporia has great dining, shopping, hospital and parks all within 15 minutes of house.
There really isn’t any traffic or parking issues.
