Location! Location! Location!! Sums it up!! This house was very convenient and close to all the all the attractions! We walked to Arnolds Perk for coffee every morning. Went to see a concert in Arnolds Park one night. We Had a few cocktails and it was an easy safe Walk back to the house from there . Lots of parking . We had 5 vehicles with no problems. There was a convenience store a block away if you run out of anything. The house was very clean. Trust me , I’m picky about clean! It also had great supplies from kitchen, utensils, towels, games, beds and lots of outdoor seating 2 tables one on the deck, one on cement deck in front of the grill. We used the fire pit in the big backyard for s’mores each night with the kids. We did a craft at one table while adults sat and conversed at other table outside so it felt like we were all together. We packed a lot in this weekend. The house was just what we needed. for our clan!! We will be back!!!

The house is in a great location; we were able to walk to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. The house fit our large group comfortably. Mike was super informative and welcoming!
