Our group of 9 really enjoyed our stay here! The location is great for the Okoboji area...very close to Arnold's Park, great view of the water, and plenty of restaurants/shops within 5 minutes. The condo itself is lovely...very modern and new with plenty of space. We made use of the kitchen quite a bit, which was great. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great on some HOT days, and bathrooms/linens were all very clean. We loved the bunk rooms for our teenagers and the primary bed/bath is super spacious and nice. The building is brand new and the hallways/parking/elevators are all great. Very quiet building. The view is amazing...we spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the sun rise and set and enjoying the lake view. We loved the couch and table outside...made for a great gathering place for all of us. We weren't able to use the waterpark and pool as it was extremely crowded and/or closed for various reasons while we were there, but wasn't a huge issue for us
