5-Star all around for Kathy and Bob's lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in your beautiful home. From check-in, to amenities, to cleanliness, you have thought of literally everything to make us feel right at home. Your place is warm and inviting and it is obvious you take pride in your home. The location was perfect, just steps away from the bay. We enjoyed several walks and an amazing sunset. Kathy and Bob are incredible hosts and we highly recommend their home for a restful vacation in a welcoming setting! We definitely will be back. Thank you!!

A great beach house with tons of amenities and little extras. Bob and Kathy really go out of their way to make this house feel special. The beds are super comfortable and I believe this is the cleanest beach house we have ever had the pleasure to experience. It was our first time to this area and we look forward to returning during the warmer summer months.

Altho the weather on q day did not cooperate we had a great relaxing time, went to the beach and listened to the water. Excellent location to just relax and get your thoughts back together. Highly recommend. Great hosts.

This was a perfect location for getaway with friends at the beach. The house was well situated, just a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for three nice meals at home, and the dining and living room were spacious for gathering for six. Bob and Kathy were extremely responsive answering any questions within five minutes through the messaging feature on the Airbnb app.

A beautiful sparkling home with so many thoughtful details, just steps from the bay beaches. Bob & Kathy were top hosts, responsive and lovely, even came over to pump up a bicycle tire for our afternoon ride. They go above and beyond and one can tell they really care about their guests' comfort and experience. We loved the wine & snacks, indulgent beds & linens, backyard & firepit, house design. This was our first stay at the bay in Villas & we found it so peaceful & calming. Don't miss the sunsets on the beach just out your front door! We will be back to kayak & swim in warmer temps. A real treat, even in the midst of winter.
