Moments like these are timeless and we promise you'll enjoy every minute. Step into the fully-equipped and spacious kitchen where you can prepare all your favorite home-made meals. The dinning area features a table for eight and a coffee station where you can brew your favorite cup of Joe. Grab a pool towel and get ready for some outside fun. Start your vacation off with a refreshing dip in the pool then head over to the side yard where you will find endless lawn games. Challenge a friend to a game of ladder golf, classic bean bag toss, connect 4, foosball and many more games! Just on the other side of the gaming area you'll find a Putting green where you can perfect your putt. When its time for lunch, grill up your favorite meal on the propane fueled barbecue, dine al-fresco on the patio dinning table with room for eight. Watch the sunset in comfort from the patio lounge area and stay warm next to the vintage fire-pit. Once the kids are in bed, relax in the spa with your favorite glass of wine. When we say Coral Palms has it all, we mean it! Bedroom Descriptions: The Whisky Room or main bedroom suite, features a King-size bed, work station, a seating area and smart television. A private bathroom features a stand alone shower, bathtub, double vanity sinks and walk in closet. The Green Palms bedroom features two full-size beds, a large reach in closet, Smart television and is located next to the hallway bathroom. The Pink Flamingo bedroom features a Queen size bed, television and access to the front porch. The detached Casita, also know as the Paradise Suite features a King-size bed a full-sofa sleeper and smart television. A private bathroom features a vanity sink and stand alone shower. The hallway bathroom is located in the main house between bedroom 2 and the laundry room and features a stand alone shower and single vanity sink. High quality linens, bathroom and pool towels are provided. Please keep in mind the refrigerator does not come equipped with an ice maker. PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION AND HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING PARKING: Space is available for up to 5 cars, including 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway and 1 on the street, please park the 5th car directly in front of Coral Palms. Guest are to use up the garage and driveway parking first before parking on the street. Please refrain from parking directly in front of neighbors properties. Age Requirements: The reservation holder must be 25 years of age at time of check-in and is required to be at the property for the duration of the reservation. SECURITY CAMERAS: Video surveillance is actively recording on the property, cameras are located over the driveway. All cameras are on exterior of home. NOISE MONITORING: This Property has a smart home device that measures noise volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances. This device in no way records conversations. PETS: Small pets (dogs only) are welcome with prior host approval and a $150 per pet cleaning fee. A maximum of 2 pets only. POOL AND SPA HEAT: Pool and spa heat is not included in the total booking amount. An additional fee per day of your reservation is required to heat the pool and spa. Please reach out to host to request the extra services. (Pool is not heated during the summer months). NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC: We care about maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors. We ask that when guest are utilizing the pool area the music is kept at an acceptable volume. Playing loud-amplified music and any fines associated with excessive noise complaints are the responsibility of the guest. AC USAGE: In order to ensure no damage is caused to the AC unit, we ask that the AC temperature is not lowered any less than 74 degrees. To help keep the home cool, we suggest closing any blinds or shutters and ensuring the doors remain closed to avoid heat entering the house during the hot days. House thermostat is monitored remotely. DISPOSING OF TRASH: Trash pick up is scheduled every Friday, we have routine walk up service, so theres never a need to move bins to the curb (schedule may change due to National Holidays.) We ask that all garbage is disposed of in labeled bins located on the side of the garage. Please never use neighbors bins to dispose of garbage. NO CONFETTI OR WATER BALLOONS: An excessive cleaning charge will be required if confetti or water balloons are used while on the property.
