Rebeca’s place was cozy, a little overpriced for the amenities. We stayed in the same building last year on different floor. Comfy bed, and nice shower. Description says that 8 people can stay there, but only has two queen beds and a sofa. (No sofa bed). Only had 2 forks, 4 spoons and 6 knives in the utensil drawer. She did leave the kitchen stocked with the basics if one arrived after stores are closed. The unit has very thin walls and windows and you will hear everything outside, next door and downstairs. Says that the unit has keyless entry but just one key was left on the counter and condo unlocked upon arrival which was leery and unexpected. If you accidentally lock the door knob you will be locked out until you can get ahold of the owner. Lost internet connection because of a bad router for four days and had to communicate with owner by going to the mall down the road to speak to her via internet only. Personal number provided on AirBnB was useless. Condo has the best views.

Rebecaさんの宿泊先はとても景色が良く、ニューイヤー花火も見ることができました。 缶詰や調味料、牛乳、チーズなども用意して下さりとても助かりました。 問題があった時もすぐに駆けつけて解決してくれました。 とてもフレンドリーな方で安心しました。 また次も宿泊したいと思います。

멋진 해변 풍경을 거실과 복도에서 볼수 있고 필요한 모든 도구와 가전이 갖추어져 있으며 청결한 침구와 욕실 등등 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 다시 Guam에 가게되면 다시 찿고 싶습니다.

This is a great condo in a convenient location. It is one of the best places we’ve stayed in our 8 weeks in Guam. Perfectly clean and great view!! Would definitely recommend staying here.
