I liked this place. It was quiet and I never heard the neighbors. When I saw the neighbors it was always pleasant. The set up and amenities were good.

Remote for tv did not work for two days. The tv turned on in the middle of the night on its own. 500 feet from railroad no towel bars or hooks in bathroom. No pictures on any walls. Did not feel homey at all. We will not stay again nor would I recommend to anyone.

Clean, easy to find and close to UND. Would be nice to have security cameras on premises and TVs in bedrooms. Cole was responsive, it was worth the money.

This was my second stay at this Airbnb, and despite encountering issues with the suite we booked, the host was incredibly helpful, and we managed to resolve the situation promptly. The location is generally convenient.
