This place is special, Pick fresh vegetables and eggs from the chickens and garden. enjoy it all to yourself. it has all the right amenities big spacious house, 4 bedroom 2 living rooms with pool two bathrooms has six beds sleeps 12 with the couches, three queen beds, one king bed, two full-size beds plenty of room for the whole family Office,WiFi Melbourne or Orlando airport very quickly or to Merritt Island and Cocoa Beach! The beach is only a 15 minute drive !! House has lots of privacy!! Our stay at Joseph’s place was just perfect! Highly recommend his place. It was comfortable and everything was spotless. The host was very responsive & so friendly. We accidentally left the key inside the home and he showed up within 10 minutes to get us back inside. We will definitely be back for future softball tournaments.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Space Coast. It wasn’t far from the fields, the host was very responsive, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend for larger families or a group wanting to share a house for a weekend tournament In the area.

Neighbor hood very family oriented and hoa but chill. No partys as neighbors will call police after 11:00pm if music is loud or pool party to loud can chill and relax in our resort style Florida home with lots to offer and quit neighborhood with lots of privacy. Very close to i95 and us1 can basically get to anywhere here in brevard with in 20-30 min as this the center of the county so close beachses rivers shopping everything you need all within minutes

Us1 and 95 are you main routes to get anywhere and you will be on both. You can get to the viera mall in 5 min you can get Merritt island shopping and eating in 10 min you can get to the beaches in 15-20 min max really the best location. You can ask for 30-45 min away from the Melbourne airport and Orlando airports
