This is our 2nd year at the Coral Beach House. We love the house and the location to the boat ramp for our wave runner, the beach, and the many fantastic restaurants. The house is clean and well stocked. Love the updated bathrooms with walk in showers. We LOVE the pool and especially relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. It is a comfortable home, and we are already looking forward to our next trip to Cocoa Beach. Heather replied quickly to our 1 question.

We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing setting for our escape from the long cold New England winter. The home was well equipped for visitors as it had all the little things you need during vacation but don’t want to pack; such as beach towels, games, floaties, sand toys, basic first aid supplies and kitchen pantry items. We enjoyed how quiet the home was and the ease of being able to jump into the pool or hot tub throughout the day. The beach was beautiful and just a short walk from the home. Heather, the host, was on top of all communications and very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely book this home again should we come back to Coco Beach!

Our family of 6 and other guests enjoyed a wonderful month here. The location is great, just a ten minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. The house itself has an awesome heated pool and hot tub, kayaks, bikes and a very nice covered area to sit outside. The house is located on a canal connected to the banana river and we saw plenty of dolphins and manatees both from the dock and while kayaking. I highly recommend Heather’s place.

As two families vacationing together, the space and layout was perfect. Great space and well stocked with kitchen essentials, plenty of beach towels, wagon with beach supplies and laundry supplies. Beautiful pool and canal location. Walkable to the beach and fun restaurants. Heather responded quickly to any questions and gave great local recommendations. She provided two bikes during our stay which was a great surprise and well used. Suggestions: Allow guests full access to control the hot tub at all times and ensure front door can be locked if leaving. Heather’s place was a large, spacious and affordable option. Would recommend!
