Everything is fascinate, great and clean place but its not front of the beach just needed to cross the street. Stuart place is top excepts the checkout time was too early for us, other than that its a excellent choice.

This compact 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment has everything you need for a great vacation, except a washer and dryer. There is a very nice private patio outside between the apartment and the pool. The pool was heated and very clean. The manager had stocked the kitchen with snacks and coffee pods, a very welcoming surprise. We needed help and got an answer by text in under two minutes. The apartment was among the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. The walk to the beach was short and all kinds of beach chairs and other paraphernalia were provided. The beach, though not part of the property, was also clean. Dogs are allowed, though Cocoa Beach politicians have made that much more complicated than necessary with hours for dog use and other unnecessary rules. There is a Publix within 2 miles and lots of restaurants but it’s not walkable; you need a car. Fortunately at the time of our visit, late April, Cocoa Beach was nearly a ghost town. Almost no traffic or anyone on the beach. No issues parking.

This unit was absolutely gorgeous for what we were looking for. Beautiful landscaping, amazing, heated pool, all the amenities needed to cool simple meals and a short walk to the beach. We stayed with 4 kids and they had lots of beach things and floaties. We were in a lower unit so you could hear the unit above, but that wasn’t too big of a deal for us. The outdoor showers were the best thing and Stuart was very responsive. I’ve been a host for 10 years myself and I was impressed. Would absolutely stay again.
