Awesome location, this place is absolutely beautiful. We loved our stay there, we did not want to leave. I have already recommended this location to a few friends. The private entry to the beach is perfect. The views from the backyard are amazing. Frank thought of everything love the outdoor showers. Appreciated the recommendations we were provided. Sergio's tacos nearby were delicious. Close to the pier. The snacks were a plus, comfortable beds, weI will definitely be back to visit. I highly recommend Frank's place.

Frank's place was great! Pictures don't give it enough credit, nice spacious living room, great bedrooms, and an awesome outside space right on the water. We biked around cocoa beach one day, got a fishing charter another, and had an awesome beach day and a bbq right out back the next day (grilling up that very fish we caught the day prior). His place is just a quick walk down to the water. I am from the Tampa Bay area where the beaches are cluttered and packed with people and tourists, this was a great change of pace! Hardly a person to be seen if you get out early, and just a few more than that throughout the rest of the day, was almost like having our own private beach. All in all would definitely recommend this spot! Check in/out, the space itself, location, and all of it were great!

Great location right on the beach. Nice and private; perfect for some R&R. Frank was extremely reachable and helpful before and during our stay. Thanks for a clean and comfortable place on the beach, Frank!
