Nydelig sted med en personlig og vakker stil som vi likte veldig godt. Nydelig beliggenhet rett ved kanalen med nydelig utsikt og kveldssol. Veldig behagelige utemøbler, og vi brukte både syklene og paddleboardet flittig. Et av de fineste husene jeg har leid. Likte også veldig godt området.

Our party consist of 8 adults for the weekend before we boarded a cruise ship for the week. Would stay here anytime before a hotel or motel. We were all together and the house offered all we needed for relaxation with the pool the open floor plan and the canal way. The best !!!! John was super nice and very responsive in a timely manner.

Amazing place and location! A group of 8 adults staying in Cocoa Beach before a cruise and we all needed to relax. Less than 15 minutes from the port and all the happenings in Cocoa Beach, so peaceful and in a great neighborhood. The house is decorated beautifully, plenty of space and the kitchen worked great for our dinner in. The pool is just so amazing and we all genuinely wanted to stay another night if we could have! Will definitely book again in the future. I read reviews constantly, so listen, if you're looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

Beautiful home in a great location! Very clean & unique decor. Nice coffee area. Lovely patio & pool!! The oven wasn't working, but John replaced it in a timely fashion. The water pressure was an issue- unsure of the reason. We enjoyed our time in Cocoa beach! Thanks for the wonderful memories made!

Great house and awesome location. Owner keeps communication open. Lots to do around town. Only drawback are the showers and not sure if it was just during our stay. They were very low pressure. For the price we paid, would have expected more. Nice touch - he had some beach toys for the kids that they enjoyed.
