Ana's place is very nicely decorated; plenty modern. The view off of the balcony as as good as Florida gets; a wide,clean beach, blue water, just the right amount of surf, and great sunrises with your morning coffee. There was a rocket launch while we were there and Ana was thoughtful enough to reach to make sure I knew and gave tips on how to get the best view.. The complimentary, private garage parking was also a very nice benefit.

Great place on the beach with restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive and definitely recommend for the Cocoa Beach experience.

2nd time staying in this unit and will be back. Location of unit allows you to walk to any food choices you may have. Lots of shopping also within walking distance.

My wife and I travel to a different location in Florida every year and stay through Airbnb. But this place, by far, is above and beyond like any other. The communication before and during our stay was clear and concise. Ana made her self available to us and treated us as if we were guests in her personal residence. This place is clean, maintained, and well stocked with everything for your stay. There’s plenty to do, see, eat, and drink that’s all within walking distance of the room. We definitely would recommend staying here and will again if in the area. Thanks again Ana Spencer & Emily
