Our stay was more than expected. House was comfortable and very clean. Layout of home allowed for entertainment at one end of the house while others slept at the opposite end. The pool and back yard were inviting but due to rain and cooler than normal temps we were able to use the pool on just one occasion. If I were to offer any criticism, the landscaping in the back yard could benefit from some trimming but that may be on the schedule in the spring. We are current planning on another trip in march and will for sure stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It worked perfectly for our family. We had a problem with the heater in the pool, but they immediately addressed it and it was fixed within a day.

My family and I were in town for my daughters softball tournament and found this listing. Everything was smooth from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out! The house looked just like the pictures and all the amenities that they listed were there! The house had a home away from home feeling with everything you needed while on vacay. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Great staff!

First off, the entire team at Stay in Cocoa Beach is amazing! We had an issue with a water leak in our original condo we booked and Zareh went above and beyond. Very happy we decided to book this place instead! Everyone we worked with was quick to respond and kind. The entire house is newly remodeled and is perfect for 2-3 couples. Private pool is a huge plus, and you can't beat the short walk to the beach and many close restaurants and bars. Very clean. Looking forward to returning!!! Looks just like the pictures! Beautiful !
