Wow! Talk about a peaceful private getaway with only a 45 second walk to the beach, this place is perfect for all ages. Everything you could want and need at the home and a vibrant night life right up the road. The balcony is the perfect spot to watch a rocket launch or relax and watch the sunrise/sunset. Highly reccomend for anyone.

Erin’s place was perfect for our visit! Super convenient to the beach, and we loved using the heated pool. Close to the bars and restaurants of Cocoa Beach but still peaceful and relaxing. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The location was great, close to the beach, close to restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved the screened in porch and pool. They also had everything you needed for a day at the beach.

Erin was an incredible host! From sending a new coffee machine when the other one had broken, to ensuring the pool was nice and heated in that one week of the year when Florida has cold weather. We will definitely try to stay again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Erin’s so much! Everything about this place was perfect for our beach trip with two golden retrievers and 6 month old! The beaches across the street are a short walk away and dog friendly before 10am or after 4pm! Also the whole property is gated in which made it so nice to not worry about the dogs getting loose. Erin was a very responsive host and answered any questions or concerns I had during our stay. We will definitely be booking again!
