It was really peaceful & in a quiet neighborhood. Got to see 2 launches from the backyard/dock, enjoyed fishing from the dock. Fresh fish dinner is always the best. We enjoyed walking to marina down the road. It is really friendly neighborhood. Also a lot of parks close by to walk the pup. All in all we enjoyed our stay & surrounding area. Would definitely stay again.
Ein umwerfend schönes Haus an einem zauberhaften Ort. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, die Umgebung äußerst ruhig und angenehm. Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz den Angaben und unseren Erwartungen, wir sind mehr als zufrieden. Die Gastgeber legen Wert auch auf die kleinsten Details, es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir können diese Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen!
One of the best places I've ever been to! This place is stunning. My wife, two children, and I were delighted. Here are a few reasons why it's so great: It's very, very clean and fresh. It's incredibly well-equipped. (My wife said she wished our home was like this) :) It's very comfortable and spacious. There was an unbelievably amount of space. It was very quiet. It's excellently located. Secluded, yet just 5 minutes away from everything you need. (Shops, beach, good restaurants) It offers an amazing view of beautiful sunrises from the windows. If you're a bit lucky, you might see dolphins, pelicans, and ospreys carrying their caught fish in their talons. If you're even more fortunate, you might witness rocket launches (we saw it twice). There's a kayak and stand-up paddleboard for trips. It's an excellent spot not only for the beach but also for visiting the Kennedy Space Center. I give it 5 stars; if I could, I'd give it 6!
The home was amazing. It was one of the few places we’ve seen where it’s actually better than the pictures. The views are incredible. It was great to watch the sunrises or moonrises over the river. We saw dolphins every day, and even a pair of manatees swimming by the dock. It was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. They had everything we needed for meal preparation. It’s a quiet neighborhood and felt very private. If we’re back in the area I would definitely try to book with Nick and Cynthia again.
We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook! They go the extra mile with so many touches throughout the house. The huge windows were fantastic, and the outside area was our absolute favorite! We spent a majority of our time outside enjoying the views! We saw various birds, ducks, dolphins and a small sting ray! On our last night, we watched a rocket launch from the dock! We would definitely stay here again.

Neighborhood is easily walkable, family friendly area the perfect place to be close to all the action, but to have a "home base" away from it all.
Getting around is easy! G-maps or Apple Maps will take you anywhere, and Ubers & Lyfts are easy to come by as well!
