Brian is very responsive and friendly. He was always fun to chat with when he was around. The place could use some upgrades but overall it worked perfectly fine for our weekend family getaway! I love that there are so many bed options in the second bedroom.

Close to beach in a safe neighborhood. We loved that in the shed they had tons of stuff to take to the beach. We filled a wagon with a cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels and more. We enjoyed our stay.

House was great for my crew. Loved the fence in backyard for the dogs. Originally booked it thinking I was only bringing one dog but my dog sitter cancelled last minute for the other and Brian super understanding and had no problem accommodating us.

This is the best host and home These people care about your time and money being more than just money in their pocket This places is full of all the things you need to enjoy a beach vacation They are great with ideas and direction and just way out by far the best

Brian was super nice, helpful , and responsive. Some of the details and pictures were for the other half of duplex, not a huge deal, but mattered a little...only one side has a hammock. The kitchen was very well stocked, had everything we needed to cook several meals. The beach supplies were handy to have and the beach towels were nice!
