Our condo is on the sixth floor at one of the best oceanfront complexes in Cocoa Beach. It's an end unit with two balconies, one south facing and one west facing, so there's nice outdoor space with beautiful sunsets. This two bedroom, two bath condo is fully stocked for your stay with an inside washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two full beds so we can accommodate six guests The complex has a heated pool and hot tub and private beach access. Our condo is a very spacious (~1,300 sf) condo at one of Cocoa Beach's finest oceanfront resort destinations! Sandcastles is located right on the beach with exceptional complex amenities, and offers the space, privacy and location that will make for a great vacation! This condo is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway, or for a fun-filled family vacation. Comfortable sleeping for 6 with all the comforts of your own home including fresh pillows and quality linens & towels. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the open concept and spacious dining and living room. The living room has comfortable seating for six with a 55-inch HDTV. The condo has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There's also a closet filled with beach accessories for your enjoyment. With two balconies, there is plenty of outdoor space. You can even enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the west facing balcony! Rob’s place was awesome for access to the beach. Just a quick walk and you’re on the beach. It was comfortable and clean. Rob was responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!
My children and I enjoyed staying here. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location. The condo had everything we needed, including beach gear, access to a heated pool, cooking supplies, plenty of extra pillows, and two balconies. Checking in and out was very easy and the host was responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
It's a great place in Cocoa Beach
The condo was absolutely beautiful and in a great location with a semi private beach. We enjoyed drinking coffee the host provided on the balcony and watching the waves on the beach.
We love Sandcastles! We have stayed in several different units on the property, and Rob's is definitely top three. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and providing coffee and creamer was an excellent touch.

Our condo is located just north of downtown Cocoa Beach in a centrally-located area with several shops, grocery stores and restaurants.
Parking is in an open surface lot in front of the condo. Plenty of parking is available.

Hey, I’m Rob! I am a lifelong Floridian and have loved living in several cities. My day job is water engineering and that has taken me to many corners of the state trying to solve issues related to our water supply. My hobbies include biking, weight lifting and everything beach like surfing, paddle boarding, body boarding and on and on. But my passion is travel with my wife and two daughters. I’m easy going and love meeting new people on our travels. I also really enjoy learning about whatever city, state or country we're in. I look forward to meeting you either as a host or a guest.
