Location is great and the outdoor space is beautiful! The walk to the beach is a bit tough on the feet, but nothing that sandals can’t fix. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jeanne's place. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Beach access couldn't have been more convenient. Also, it was very quiet - a contrast to the busy Spring Break time in Cocoa Beach. If morning light bothers you, bring an eye mask because the blinds let in a lot of light. We'd stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location on the beach was perfect. Far enough away from the larger buildings to keep the beach uncrowded. The apartment was as described and Jeanne provided timely and accurate instructions. I didn’t check what the maximum allowed occupancy is, but I would say you would be most comfortable if no more than 4 people were staying. The apartment was absolutely clean and clutter free on arrival. The place is well equipped with all the expected items plus the things you need to enjoy your time on the beach. We made the trip to visit the Kennedy Space Center (which is a great place to visit). It is about a 20-25 minute drive away, so close enough that travel to/from is not a hassle. The highlight of the trip was seeing two rocket launches from the beach in front of the apartment. The beach in Cocoa Beach is a wonderful viewing spot for the launches. The rockets take off in the distance and go right overhead.
