Great place in a quite area. Easy check-in and responsive host.

The setting was great. We came to the area for the April 2024 eclipse. The price was reasonable for an airbnb listing. We changed our itinerary to add some additional persons, and Darlene worked with that. It is listed as a 7 person max. That is a bit of a stretch. We had 7 people with 2 of them being very small children. The kitchen and living room were VERY small. It worked for us, as we spent very little time in the house. But be warned, don't plan to spend a lot of leisure time in the house with 7 people. There simply is no room. We were disappointed that the grill was not available as pictured in the listing. Our meal plans were based on using the grill. Over all, a basic, reasonably priced unit that served our needs
